Hours of Operation
Five Wild Hearts is open Monday-Friday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, although orders can be placed on our site 24/7. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response to an inquiry. Messages sent on weekends will be responded to on Monday or Tuesday.
Please allow 2-3 weeks (business days) for your order to be made and shipped. This does not including shipping time. If you are in need of a rush order, feel free to contact us at email@example.com. Please note that rush orders are not always able to be accommodated and there may be a rush order fee. If there are any delays in shipping your item(s), we will be in contact with you.
We offer Sezzle as a payment option. It's a safe payment option that will split your total up into 4 easy payments every 2 weeks. The minimum order total for this payment option is $35.
All packages are shipped via USPS. Once a package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. You will receive a tracking number via email to track your package. Receiving a shipping notification does not mean your order order has been shipped, but the shipping label has been printed. Shipping labels are typically created before an order is made and shipped. If you would like to add insurance to your package, please contact us before placing an order. If your package does not arrive to you, please contact us. If your package is lost or damaged, it is up to the buyer/customer to file a claim with the USPS.
We do ship internationally! The cost of shipping varies on the area the order is going and the weight/size of the item. Please note that shipping does take longer internationally. Five Wild Hearts is not responsible for any additional shipping charges or customs fees. We are also not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages as this is out of our control.
As of May 25, 2018 we are no longer shipping to the EU.
Refunds & Returns
We want all of our customers to be satisfied with their order. While we do not offer refunds, we do offer exchanges within 7 days of the item being received. The received date is the date shown as delivered on the package tracking.
To exchange an item, please fill out this form. Once the item is received back in the original condition (unused and unwashed), we will process a shop credit in the amount of the purchase minus the original shipping cost. Please note that discounts and promotions used at the time of purchase cannot be transferred to the new purchase. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return an item. Exchanges may take up to 5 business days after receiving to be processed.
* We cannot do exchanges on Tee of the Month, limited items, preorders, or holiday/seasonal items. We also cannot do exchanges on mugs, tumblers, and kids cups.
Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of your order being placed. An email must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org with 'Cancel' in the subject line. Please be sure to include the order number and name on the order.
FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ABLE TO BE EXCHANGED.
Product Error / Damaged Product
If there is an error on our part with your order or a defect in the item, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your package and include photos at email@example.com. We will work quickly to resolve the issue!
Please contact us at hello@fivewildhearts within 24 hours of purchase to request a cancellation of your order. Orders cannot be cancelled after this time.
We ship to the address left at checkout. If the address needs to be changed, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 hours with the correct address. If an item is returned due to an address issue, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the package.
Discount & Store Credit
Any discounts and store credit must be used at the time of purchase. They are not valid on previous purchases. Only one code per transaction. Discounts and store credits cannot be combined.
Five Wild Hearts will not be liable for any accidental occurrences. Items are not meant to be worn as sleepwear and hoodies should be removed before sleep.
